1 - Purchasing on Marzù

Marzù items are sold directly by Media Web Marketing S.R.L.S., VAT IT03046920645.

The prices quoted in the quote are usually inclusive of VAT; the same total is shown in the order form that the customer has to confirm for the conclusion of the contract.

2 - Buying Procedure

  • In order to successfully complete a buying contract for one or more products on www.marzu.it it is necessary to fill in an electronic order form.
  • The contract will be completed when Media Web Marketing receives the order properly filled through its web system and the full or down payment.
  • In the unlikely event that, after receiving an order, a product turns out to be unavailable, Media Web Marketing will proceed with the down payment or the full payment refund.
  • By filling in the electronic order form, customers submit to all General Selling Terms and Conditions present on this page.
  • The online selling contract between Customer and Supplier is intended to be concluded in Italy and ruled by Italian law.
  • In case customers do not submit to all General Selling Terms and Conditions reported, they are asked not to forward the order form but to contact Media Web Marketing staff for any information.

3 - Order Changes

Order changes are guaranteed as long as the production has not started yet; the production starts once the payment or the down payment has been received. 

Media Web Marketing is at disposal for any possible order changes, though please remind that these are not always guaranteed and they will be authorized according to the progress of the production process.

Invoicing data inserted during the ordering process can be modified until the issue of the invoice itself.

4 - Products Not Available

Media Web Marketing constantly works to keep the products database up-to-date. It may rarely happen that some options are not available anymore. In these cases Media Web Marketing will promptly inform its customers who can decide whether to change the order or to claim for a refund of the amount already transferred. In case of a supply composed by more than one products the refund will concern only the item not available; obviously we will consider every case separately , in case of a possible matching of the items.

5- Shipment and delivery

Packaging

One of our most important features concerns the care and attention we attach to the packaging of our items to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

All of our products are packed with extreme accuracy. The shipment of each item involves the use of safer packaging techniques all to ensure the arrival in perfect condition.

We recommend always to sign the fright bill at the time of delivery with the following statement: "Received damaged / wet packages - content unchecked" so that you can enforce the insurance and receive the replacement of the damaged goods.

The communication of any anomalies or damages due to transport must be carried out promptly to our offices pending the loss of the right to compensation.

Procedure for contesting anomalies and damages

  • Upon receipt of goods, the customer must check the number of packages and report the receipt of any missing packages.
  • Check the status of the packages. If the packaging presents any anomalies, please write down the details in the courier bulletin.
  • In that case, photograph the packages outwards, before opening them.
  • It is advisable to pay attention to the opening of the packaging to avoid damage to the items by using cutters or other (damage not covered by warranty).
  • Check for any product faults before starting assembly. If present, photograph the object.
  • Until the end of assembly and verification of each part, keep the original packaging for any replacement or rendering of the goods.

Shipments with courier furnishings and insured

Media Web Marketing always ships with specialized couriers to ensure the level of service and integrity of the product.

All shipments are made with All Risk insurance. The cost of insurance on freight transport is included in the sales price of the products, therefore in charge of Media Web Marketing.

Telephone notice

The customer receives an email of shipment, then the courier gives a telephone notice (normally the day before delivery) indicating the time zone and the day from Monday to Friday (important to specify a mobile always reachable).

It is not a delivery by appointment: customer availability is certainly considered by the courier but compatible with the delivery plans.

The courier service is guaranteed in the sales price of the products, so it is up to Media Web Marketing.

Shipping Times

Shipment times are indicated on the card of each product. In some cases, the specified days include the days of production or supply of the goods.

Delivery

Delivery by specialized courier is exclusively at the road level because the courier is not authorized to supply the goods to the plans. If necessary, the customer must take care of the withdrawal of the goods, sometimes by providing other people according to the size and weight of the items purchased. In the "Additional Information" of the Product Cards you will normally find information on the number of packages and the weight. No deliveries are made to the plan.

Validity of the Warranty

All products are accompanied by a regular sales invoice valid for 24 months warranty on defective compliance.

In the immediate period following delivery, it is necessary to follow the CHECKING AND CONTROL PROCEDURE. We advise you to take a look even before delivery to know the attentions to follow and receive the best possible assistance.

6- Payments

MARZU.IT has adopted own price policy to ensure the utmost transparency and the best possible price. On each product profile you can view the list price including VAT with its discount and the final product price. Prices may vary depending on the choice of the various selected attributes. Through the automatic calculation of the price, by selecting the version and possible variants of products you can know in real time the actual price of the desired object in the selected variant.

For Italy and the European Union the estimate is always inclusive of VAT.

For European Union companies and for companies outside the European Union it is possible to invoice without the application of VAT. In this case you can make a request before the order payment. We will provide an estimate and the actual amount to be paid without VAT.

Payment and delivery time

Please note that the delivery times indicated in the product advertisement started since the entirely amount are received.

7- Warranty

All products will be delivered with a regular sales invoice, valid for a 24 months warranty on all manufacturing defects, according to the Italian Consumers Code; for all purchases with an invoice issued to a company or to a professional with VAT number, the warranty will be valid for 12 months.

Products have to be used properly, in compliance with their destination of usage and maintenance: packages have always to contain a product card with related indications; should it not be present, customers have the responsibility to contact our Customer Care. Media Web Marketing constantly works to operate in the fastest way possible: at the same time we have to refer to our suppliers according to their producing and managing terms. In case the replacement or repairing of a product (or part of it) requires the return of the damaged piece, customers have the responsibility to adequately pack the elements to be returned to avoid further damages and to pay for the return of the product; costs related to repairing (for materials and labor) and the costs of shipping back the product will be charged to Media Web Marketing.

The consumer may require the seller to repair the product or replace it at no charge in either case, unless the remedy requested is impossible or disproportionate to the other . Any repair or replacement shall be completed within a reasonable time after the request of the consumer.

Possible Anomalies After Delivery

This point shows the assistance Media Web Marketing gives to customers after Delivery: these procedures do not by any means limit Warranty Rights which are acknowledged by the Consumers Code, but they have to be intended as a common ground where Customers can receive the best possible assistance.

During the unloading, assembling and the period immediately after the conclusion of the assembling process, Customers are bound to follow every step of our RECEVING AND INSPECTING GOODS area: in this way they will receive the best assistance from our Customer Care resulting completely covered both in case of manufacturing defects and transport damages (which are not frequent but at the same time neither impossible).

In case a Customer does not follow all the steps stated in the procedure it may not be possible to properly assign the responsibility regarding the specific issue. In some cases the Customer can be asked to contribute to the possible replacement costs; Media Web Marketing always works with the satisfaction of its customers in mind, reserving the right to consider each case singularly.

Basically, this procedure serves the purpose to confirm our Customer Care that specific issues have not be caused by the customer himself (or a delegated person): each procedure has been specifically thought to protect in the most effective way our customers.

The replacement of damaged or faulty parts requires slightly inferior or even the same times as the ones needed for production, since most of the products are custom-made and delivery terms remain the same as well. The replacement process starts once we receive the photographic documentation that must be sent to us soon after the delivery. Media Web Marketing works as quickly as possible in order to reduce waiting times.

In case the replacement of a product (or part of it) requires the return of the damaged piece, customers have the responsibility to adequately pack the elements to avoid damages; in case Media Web Marketing does not ask for the return of the product or part it, it is up to the customer to dispose of the damaged parts. Media Web Marketing will provide by email the necessary labels to print and attach to each single package.

Right of Withdrawal

Goods are produced on order. Therefore it is not possible to accept the return unless the product is different from the ordered one or it is damaged. In such case, it is mandatory to make a claim within 14 working days since the reception of the goods (date attested on the delivery document).

Verify the number of packages: if the number does not correspond to the one stated on the freight bill please write there's a missing package on the invoice.

Verify the external condition of the packages: if the packages are not intact and show dents, damages, tore or wet parts it is mandatory to sign the fright bill as "Received damaged / wet packages - content unchecked", we will not accept generic reasons but only specific ones. In case the product has a visible anomaly please write "damaged product". This is possible within 7 days period starting from the delivery day, after that it won’t be possible to be compensated.

Return policy

Do not remove any label or seal from the item, it is extremely important to receive goods in the same condition as the customer, including packaging. Other kind of packaging is not allowed.

Returned goods have to be delivered from the courier within 14 working days since delivery day ( this will be attested from the date on the delivery document).

All the items or more pieces of the same item should be delivered just in one and only shipment.

Once that goods come back to our warehouse , after a total checking of it , Media Web Marketing will provide the customer with a refund by bank transfer or by PayPal or credit card.

On the returned goods’ document it is possible to find all the details necessary to organize goods’ picking up date.
